Our High Street premises are now back open with social distancing measures in place for staff and visitors.
We are now able to undertake limited property viewings. Under the Government guidelines and in order to minimise social contacts viewers should in the first instance view the on-line viewings where available. Physical viewings can then be arranged for buyers who are in a position to make an offer, i.e. do not have a related sale, or their own property is sold, subject to contract, are a cash buyer or are a first time buyer with a mortgage agreed in principle. Due to the extremely high level of enquiries at present we are having to adhere quite strictly to these guidelines and you may be asked to provide proof of your ability to proceed prior to booking a viewing appointment. At the viewing appointment we would ask that you bring and wear a face-mask or covering whilst inside the property and you will be asked to sanitise your hands prior to entering the property.
We would ask that the number of people in your party are restricted to those involved with the decision-making process. Only children in your family unit should attend the viewing. As much as we all love our pets please do not bring any pets with you to the viewing appointment as it is neither appropriate or practical to accommodate them during a viewing.
Our highly experienced team can now resume market appraisals, providing you with a realistic guide price of your property for marketing purposes. If you are shielding or do not wish to have visitors to you home at the current time we can provide an initial desk-top appraisal following this up with a physical visit once it is appropriate to do so.
